Silas hails teammates for Enugu Rangers' win

The Flying Antelopes kept their first clean sheet in six games on Matchday 24, and the forward has praised his colleagues for their efforts
Enugu Rangers' Bright Silas credits his teammates for keeping a clean sheet in their victory over Akwa United on Sunday.
The Flying Antelopes returned to winning ways on Matchday 24 after Silas netted a 12th minute goal to help propel the Nigerian champions past Abdu Maikaba's men 1-0 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium.
And the striker believes the feat would help restore the Enugu side's confidence.
"The victory on Sunday was fully deserved. We were amazing, hardworking and excellent. The guys deserve credits for fighting so hard and winning the game," Silas told Goal.
"It was important to regain our confidence and not concede a goal. It had been six games without a clean sheet so Sunday was important for our confidence. We were precise and very brave.
"The three points was very crucial and will go a long way in helping us overcome our future battles.
"There are many games coming so it was important for our confidence especially after three games with no win. It was important to get that winning feeling back," he concluded.
