Manchester United face competition from AC Milan in their chase of RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano, according to Calciomercato .
The 19-year-old has become a key player for Leipzig since signing from RB Salzburg for €10m in January 2017. The France youth international has a four-year contract with the Bundesliga side, which should help their bargaining position should Milan or United decide to bid.

Manchester United are planning a £30 million offer for Paris Saint-Germain full-back Thomas Meunier, according to the  Sunday Express.
Meunier has fallen down the pecking order at Parc des Princes following the arrival of Dani Alves over the summer.
And Jose Mourinho, who is a long-term admirer of the Belgium international, is keen to bring him to Old Trafford in January.

West Brom and Leicester City are among the clubs eyeing a January move for Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick, according to the Sunday People.
Despite being handed a new deal and being made club captain over the summer, Carrick has made just a sole Carabao Cup appearance so far this season.
And both the Baggies and Foxes, as well as Aston Villa, are set to test the waters and swoop when the transfer window opens in 2018.

Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in Barcelona winger Jose Arnaiz, according to Mundo Deportivo .
Arnaiz joined Barcelona from Real Valladolid in the summer and has been playing in their B team, but made a goalscoring debut for Ernesto Valverde’s side against Real Murcia in the Copa del Rey in midweek.
He currently has a €20 million release clause, with Arsenal and United, along with Bayern Munich, keeping tabs on Arnaiz’s progress.

Manchester United are set to launch a stunning move for Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro, according to Diario Gol.

Barcelona are ready to move for Antoine Griezmann next summer and are willing to pay €100 million to land the Atletico Madrid star, reports Mundo Deportivo .
The France international is apparently encouraged by the interest from the Catalans, who have already expressed their interest in sealing a deal for the 26-year-old, which the newspaper has dubbed as their 'Operation Griezmann'.

Manchester United and Arsenal are monitoring Marco Reus's recovery from injury as they remain interested in the Borussia Dortmund star, Sport Bild   claims.
The 28-year-old has not featured for Dortmund this season and will not return until 2018. 
The Germany international, contracted to the Bundesliga club until June 2019, has long been linked with a move to the Premier League and Arsenal and United will keep an eye on him.

Manchester United have enquired after the signing of Casemiro from Real Madrid, according to Don Balon .
Jose Mourinho's side are willing to pay the Brazilian midfielder a similar salary to that of record signing Paul Pogba, though Casemiro appears set to stay at the Bernabeu, having already rejected a bid from PSG.

Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez watched Anthony Martial during Manchester United’s Champions League victory over Benfica, reports Mundo Deportivo .
Fernandez travelled to Lisbon for the game and saw Martial produce a lively 15-minute cameo off the substitutes’ bench after the France forward replaced Marcus Rashford.
Speculation has recently claimed United would be willing to offer Martial in exchange for Barca midfielder Ivan Rakitic, while Arsenal are also reported to be admirers of the former Monaco youngster.

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil is so confident he'll be transferring to Manchester United, he's already begun telling his Gunners team-mates, according to The Mirror. 
After Arsene Wenger admitted last week that the Gunners could end up selling Ozil in January, the 29-year-old feels he is set to join Jose Mourinho, his former manager at Real Madrid, at Old Trafford in 2018.
Ozil's contract is set to expire at the end of the current season, so Arsenal could attempt to sell him in January to avoid losing him on a free.

Though he's yet to play this season due to injury, Arsenal and Manchester United have still been monitoring Borussia Dortmund winger Marco Reus, according to The Sun .
The 28-year-old Germany international is currently rehabbing from a cruciate ligament injury, and is expected to return early in 2018. 
With his contract set to expire after the 2018-19 season, both the Gunners and Red Devils will be keeping a close eye on Reus when he makes his return from injury.

Manchester United are to hand new deals to Marouane Fellaini, Juan Mata, Ander Herrera and Phil Jones, according to The Sun .
The Red Devils are reluctant to lose any senior stars on a free next summer and are working hard to retain the strength in depth at Jose Mourinho's disposal.

Paris Saint-Germain will attempt to convince Jose Mourinho to ditch Manchester for the French capital at the end of the season, The Sun  claims.
Although United are said to be preparing a new contract offer for Mourinho, who is in the second year of a three-season contract, but the coach said last week that he has no intention of retiring at Old Trafford .
PSG, though, are expected to let current coach Unai Emery go if he fails to win the Champions League this season and will turn to Mourinho as their top target.

Manchester United striker James Wilson is a January loan target for Championship rivals Leeds United and Reading, claims The Sun .
Wilson is nearing peak fitness after suffering a serious knee injury on loan at Derby last season and he hasn’t made a first-team appearance for United in almost two years.

Manchester United are scouting 20-year-old Espanyol defender Aaron Martin,  ESPN   claims.
The Red Devils watched the Spain Under 21 international during a game against Levante and will be keeping an eye on his development. Although Martin is contracted to the club until 2022, he could be snapped up if his €40 million release clause is activated.
Juan Mata Manchester United
Juan Mata has rejected an offer from the Chinese Super League that would have seen him make £375,000 per week after tax, The Sun  reports.
The midfielder's contract at Manchester United runs out at the end of the season and is said to have attracted interest from clubs in China. The 29-year-old received the huge offer from an unnamed side last month, but has no interest in following the big money to China and hopes to stay at Old Trafford.
