Transfer news: The latest rumours from Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and all the top teams

Arsenal and Chelsea are both tracking the progress of RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi, according to  ESPN .
Scouts from the two Premier League clubs were both in attendance at Leipzig's defeat to Bayern Munich on Saturday to watch the former Liverpool man.
The Gunners are on the lookout for a long-term replacement for Petr Cech while Chelsea are concerened Thibaut Courtois has not signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge amid interest from Real Madrid.
Cesc Fabregas Chelsea 2017
Chelsea plan to offer Cesc Fabregas a new deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge amid interest from Manchester United, according to The Times .
Jose Mourinho is keen on bolstering his midfield options, with injuries to the likes of Marouane Fellaini and Paul Pogba leaving United short in that area of the pitch.
Fabregas would, however, be willing to commit to the Blues but may have to accept a one-year extension, with Chelsea having previously been unwilling to offer two-year deals to players over the age of 30.
Dayot Upamecano RB Leipzig
Manchester United face competition from AC Milan in their chase of RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano, according to Calciomercato .
The 19-year-old has become a key player for Leipzig since signing from RB Salzburg for €10m in January 2017. The France youth international has a four-year contract with the Bundesliga side, which should help their bargaining position if Milan or United decide to bid.
Riyad Mahrez Leicester City
Marseille are interested in bringing Riyad Mahrez to Ligue 1 in January, according to Mundo Deportivo .
The Algeria international looked set to leave Leicester City during the transfer window, but a fee could not be agreed with suitors Roma. Now, Marseille are eager to sign Mahrez, and are hoping they can pursuade Leicester to let him go for £26.5m.
Philippe Coutinho Mohamed Salah Liverpool
Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho is top of PSG's shopping list for summer 2018, according to TF1 's ' Telefoot '.
First contact has been made between the parties, with the Ligue 1 leaders hopeful that Neymar's friendship with the attacker could lure him to France.
Meanwhile, PSG are seeking to sign Wendel from Fluminense and Joao Mario from Inter in January. 
Thomas Meunier Dijon PSG Ligue 1 14102017
Manchester United are planning a £30 million offer for Paris Saint-Germain full-back Thomas Meunier, according to the  Sunday Express .
Meunier has fallen down the pecking order at Parc des Princes following the arrival of Dani Alves over the summer.
And Jose Mourinho, who is a long-term admirer of the Belgium international, is keen to bring him to Old Trafford in January.
Faouzi Ghoulam, Napoli, Feyenoord, UEFA Champions League, 26092017
Manchester City are hopeful of securing a £10 million deal for Napoli defender Faouzi Ghoulam, according to the  Sunday Mirror .
The full-back has impressed for the Serie A leaders this season, but with his contract set to run out this summer, City believe they can take advantage and seal a cut-price signing.
Cenk Tosun Besiktas 9262017 UCL
Tottenham and Everton have both held talks with representatives of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun, according to  Haberturk .
The forward has scored eight goals in all commpetitions this season, and would be keen on a move to the Premier League.
Borussia Dortmund have also shown an interest in the Turkey international, but the player's agent has insisted a final decision on his transfer will lie with Besiktas.
Alexis Sanchez Arsenal Everton
Everton are planning an audacious move for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, according to  The Sun on Sunday .
Alexis could be available for as little as £30 million in the January transfer window, with his current contract set to expire at the end of the season.
And Toffees owner Farhad Moshiri is keen to make a statement of intent in the transfer market by bringing the Chile international to Goodison Park.
Javier Mascherano Barcelona
Barcelona defender Javier Mascherano is set to leave the club at the end of the season and move to the MLS, according to  Sport .
The Argentina international has already told the Camp Nou outfit of his decision to depart, though he has yet to agree a deal with any US club.
Michael Carrick Manchester United
West Brom and Leicester City are among the clubs eyeing a January move for Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick, according to the  Sunday People .
Despite being handed a new deal and being made club captain over the summer, Carrick has made just a sole Carabao Cup appearance so far this season.
And both the Baggies and Foxes, as well as Aston Villa, are set to test the waters and swoop when the transfer window opens in 2018.
Alexis Sanchez Arsenal
Manchester City will not move for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez in January and will instead wait to try and sign him on a free transfer next summer, according to the Daily Mirror .
City tried to land Alexis, 28, last summer but had an offer believed to be in the region of £60 million rejected by the Gunners.
It had been reported that Pep Guardiola's men would again try to sign the Chilean in a cut-price deal in January, but the Mirror claims City are now prepared to wait after becoming annoyed with Arsenal during negotiations in August.
Casemiro Real Madrid Manchester United UEFA Supercup
Manchester United are set to launch a stunning move for Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro, according to  Diario Gol.
The Brazilian, whose contract in the Spanish capital expires in 2021, is also a target for Paris Saint-Germain, though United boss Jose Mourinho is determined to bring him to Old Trafford in the January window.
Jose Arnaiz, Valladolid, now Barcelona
Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in Barcelona winger Jose Arnaiz, according to Mundo Deportivo .
Arnaiz joined Barcelona from Real Valladolid in the summer and has been playing in their B team, but made a goalscoring debut for Ernesto Valverde’s side against Real Murcia in the Copa del Rey in midweek.
He currently has a €20 million release clause, with Arsenal and United, along with Bayern Munich, keeping tabs on Arnaiz’s progress.
Andre Gomes, Barcelona
Tottenham remain keen to sign Andre Gomes, but Juventus have ended their interest in signing the Barcelona midfielder, reports Mundo Deportivo .
Juve wanted Gomes during the summer, but the Portugal international decided to stay at Camp Nou and the Italian champions have now moved on to other targets, with Schalke’s Leon Goretzka a prime option.
However, Spurs are still considering a January bid for Gomes and Barcelona are willing to sell if they receive the right offer.
Emerson Palmieri Roma Genoa Serie A 28052017
Liverpool are preparing to make a €25 million offer for Roma left-back Emerson Palmieri in the January transfer window, claims  GazzaMercato .
Palmieri is currently recovering from a serious knee injury that saw Liverpool cool their interest in the summer, but the Brazilian remains a target for Jurgen Klopp.
Antoine Griezmann Atletico Madrid
Barcelona are ready to move for Antoine Griezmann next summer and are willing to pay €100 million to land the Atletico Madrid star, reports Mundo Deportivo .
The France international is apparently encouraged by the interest from the Catalans, who have already expressed their interest in sealing a deal for the 26-year-old, which the newspaper has dubbed as their 'Operation Griezmann'.
Philippe Coutinho Liverpool
Barcelona will make a €150 million move for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho in January, €50m less than what the Reds supposedly asked for the Brazil international in the summer, according to  Mundo Deportivo.
The 25-year-old requested to leave Anfield in favour of Camp Nou prior to the 2017-18 season, though Liverpool were not interested in selling the playmaker at the time.
Barca will move again for Coutinho in the winter transfer market in hope Jurgen Klopp and his team will be tempted into letting the attacker leave.
Gonçalo Guedes
Cristiano Ronaldo is ready for Gareth Bale to depart Real Madrid and wants Portugal up-and-comer Gonçalo Guedes as his replacement, according to Don Balon .
Ronaldo has grown tired of Bale's consistent injury troubles, and has reportedly told Madrid president Florentino Perez that he must sell Bale and look for replacements. 
And one of Ronaldo's top choices to take Bale's place is Guedes, a 20-year-old Portuguese international currently on loan at Valencia from Paris Saint-Germain.
Guedes and Ronaldo share the same agent: the ultra-powerful Jorge Mendes, who brokered the sale of Guedes from Benfica to PSG for €30 million in January 2017. 
Liverpool owner John W Henry
Fenway Sports Group turned down a £1.5 billion offer to sell Liverpool FC last month, according to The National
The Reds' American-based ownership group received the massive offer from a group led by Dubai financier Amanda Staveley. FSG reportedly turned down the offer because they believe the Premier League is trending up financially, which will allow them to sell the team for more in the future.
