Congolese attacker Mbokani linked with Galatasaray move

The Leopards attacker could be on the move once again with Istanbul the likeliest destination
Dieumerci Mbokani’s name has surfaced in Turkish media after several reports linked him with a move to Galatasaray.
However, Galatasaray are believed to have made French striker Bafetimbi Gomez their primary target, but should that move not materialize, a deal for Mbokani could be on the cards.
The 31-year-old Congolese attacker spent the season at Hull City on loan from Dynamo Kiev and played in 14 matches without scoring. The Kinshasa striker is no stranger to relocation having featured for Anderlecht, Standard Liege, Monaco, Wolfsburg, Kyiv, Norwich and Hull already in his career in Europe.

According to Fotospor the deal could materialise through a prominent agent who is also looking to bring Moroccan midfielder Younes Belhanda to the Istanbul side.
That said, Galatasary would probably prefer to get the Gomez deal through after the striker's prolific season on loan at Marseille from Swansea City, where he scored an impressive 21 goals in 34 appearances in Ligue 1.
