The Sky Blues Stars claimed a narrow 1-0 win over the Solid Miners on Matchday 24, and the defender believes things will get better with the gaffer calling the shots
Remo Stars defender Samuel Ganda believes the team is heading in the right direction under coach Fatai Osho.
The Sky Blue Stars pipped Nasarawa United 1-0 on Sunday and are currently four points adrift of safety in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
However, Ganda is confident that the ambitious club can climb out of trouble in the coming weeks.
"The performances have been so good in the last three games and you have to give it to coach Osho for his sound philosophy," Ganda told Goal.
"We've got faith that things will get better and things will change if we just keep going. No one gave us the chance to get a good result at Abia Warriors and we surprised them with a draw.
"The feeling is there. We are on the right path with the support of the management, coaches and the fans."
"I think that if we just keep going the way we're going, then eventually we will soon be off the hook," he concluded.
The Sky Blues Stars continue their league campaign on Sunday, 18 June when they face El Kanemi Warriors in Maiduguri.
